Rio channeled FIERCE dominatrix drag in her performance at Comfort & Joy’s Solstice Celebration where she gagged, tied, whipped, paddled and otherwise tormented a performer dressed as George Bush to Depeche Mode’s “Policy of Truth”, with the help of STORM & P-Raw.
